
My yoga classes combine a physical yoga practice with breathwork and mindfulness, guiding us back
to a place of wisdom and authenticity.
I am also a qualified yoga teacher of 13 years and run one weekly hatha vinyasa yoga session. This is not midlife-based and all ages and levels of experience are welcome! Despite midlife being my main focus, I still adore teaching yoga in its purest form and focusing on nothing but breath, movement and becoming deeply present.
These classes combine a physical yoga practice with breathwork and mindfulness, guiding us back to a place of wisdom and authenticity. Once we strengthen this connection internally, it can prove transformational in the way we navigate our lives and relationships. My classes are warm and welcoming and designed to release tension, improve wellbeing and connect you back to joy.
