These workshops are designed to support women through midlife by combining midlife yoga movement, strength-building exercises, and science-backed practices to balance hormones and restore vitality. Each session focuses on pelvic floor activation, brain stimulation, and nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on calming the body and fostering a deep sense of connection.
Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, these sessions are accessible to all and will leave you feeling peaceful, empowered, and supported. Every workshop concludes with a soothing sound bath to help you feel restored and ready to embrace this transformative stage of life.
These sessions are a combination of specialist midlife yoga movement, science-backed practices to strengthen and stimulate the body, nervous system regulation for hormone balance and warmth of community - all encouraging a deep sense of homecoming and connection
Please note – no prior knowledge of yoga is necessary

Underpinning all sessions will be nervous system regulation with a calming of the stress response in the body (often overstimulated in women due to declining levels of progesterone) and a connection to joy and spirit
All sessions will finish with a soundbath so participants can leave feeling peaceful and restored
It is my hope that these sessions will be a safe space for participants to feel nourished, supported, heard and empowered

What to bring?

Yoga mat (or you can borrow one – but let me know before the session)

One pair of dumbbells (suggested weight 1 – 2.5kg)

Either a pillow or a yoga bolster

£18 (or a block booking of 4 for £65 – valid for 6 weeks)
