Hi, I’m Nell, founder of Midlife Medicine.
As a specialist midlife yoga teacher, trained in Yoga for all Stages of Menopause, I help women move through midlife with strength, balance and a deeper sense of self.
Midlife isn’t a decline – it’s a transformation. It’s a time of shifting hormones, evolving identities and untapped wisdom waiting to be reclaimed. Yet, this stage can feel overwhelming, leaving us disconnected from our bodies and unsure of what’s next. And that’s where Midlife Medicine comes in.
I’ve designed a unique blend of movement, mindfulness and science-backed practices to support hormonal change, regulate the nervous system and bring women back home to themselves. By combining practical interventions such as brain stimulation and pelvic floor activation with more holistic approaches such as yoga movement, sound healing, poetry and community, my workshops and retreats create space for women to soften, strengthen and step fully into their next chapter.
