Cancellation Policy

1. I understand that I cannot ask for a refund or move my session to another slot if I ask to do so 48 hours or less before my booked session 2. I understand that the teacher's instructions are a guide only and as they cannot see me moving through the postures I must take full responsibility for myself during each practice. It is my full responsibility to decide what is appropriate and safe for me and to decide which postures and movements to omit which may be injurious to my own body. I also understand that it is essential to consult a medical professional before starting any form of exercise to make sure that it is suitable for me to do.
